Late nights turned into restless mornings, and restless mornings slowly affected everything else…focus, energy, mental clarity, and confidence. It became clear that sleep wasn’t just about rest; it was foundational to overall wellness, personal growth, and the ability to show up fully for life. What started as a personal challenge became a pursuit: to understand what truly supports better sleep and how improving rest could improve life itself.
That pursuit led to a simple belief, sleep should be thoughtfully designed around the people who depend on it.
