Delivery & Shipping
To help reduce our carbon footprint, we schedule all deliveries on set days throughout the week. This allows us to consolidate routes, limit emissions, and ensure a more sustainable delivery process. In most cases, you can expect your order to arrive within 7–10 business days. Once your order is ready, a member of our team will reach out by email, text, or phone to confirm your delivery details and provide a 3-hour delivery window so you’re not waiting around all day.
Mattress Deliveries
Some of our mattresses are roll-packed and shipped in a compact box. Boxed mattresses being delivered to condos or apartments will typically be left with the security desk or concierge for convenient pickup, depending on your building’s policies. For unboxed or non-compressible mattresses, delivery directly to your unit may require elevator coordination with your building management. Our team will guide you through any requirements to ensure a smooth experience.
Returns
Mattress, bedding, and pillow products can be exchanged for other mattresses or products within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Sleep aids and other products can be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase if unopened. Please contact our service team at info@sleeply.ca.
